Women in general are incredible, and I think pregnant women are superheroes. Seriously, pregnancy is exhausting. Soon-to-be moms deserve to memorialize this time where they are actually growing a human being inside them (I still can’t believe we do this). Plus, is there anything more magnetic than a big, round, pregnant belly?!!! I love photographing prego bellies (and the women that own them too). One thing I can promise you is that I would never touch your belly without your permission, because that is weird, and I disliked random hands on my belly when I carried each of my children. Belly handling aside, maternity sessions are really special. There is a literal glow that comes from women, it feels like documenting magic.
