The client has permission to make unlimited copies and reprints of any images, for personal use and

distribution. The client may not use any images for commercial, editorial purposes, or entry in a competition,

without express written permission of Rachel Robertson Photography. Rachel Robertson Photography retains

full copyright to all images provided.

photos, etc.)

I strongly recommend that you take your files to a high quality, semi professional lab to be printed, and

that you back your digital files up in several locations (external hard drives, memory sticks, discs, etc). Please

note that drives can fail over a number of years.

Rachel Robertson Photography warrants that all files of high resolution and have been adjusted for color

and tone. They are the same files that the studio uses to make prints, and no watermarks, sizing, or other

alterations have been made to the files.

Rachel Robertson Photography is not responsible for any future changes in digital technology or media

readers that might result in the inability to read the digital media provided. It is the client’s responsibility to

make sure that the digital files are copied to new media as required by changes in technology.

the client to maintain any permanent archives of the images.

Every once in a while I meet a couple that is fun, adventurous, and up for practically anything. Dena and Jeremy are that couple. We did and amazing underwater engagement session and they proved that they can look great in any situation (and it’s not easy to look good underwater). I loved getting to know them and hearing the incredible story of their engagement ring, which was won at a charity event by choosing a diamond out of a huge jar of cubic zirconia jewels. She somehow found the real diamond and they made it into her engagement ring. Dena and Jeremy were married at Lanikuhonua on a lovely day, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Thanks to all of the amazing vendors who helped give them their perfect wedding.
